不亲自干活,但花大量精力做三件事:Probing(探测AI的能力边界)、Decomposition(把复杂任务拆到AI能可靠交付的粒度)、Verification(关键节点抽查质量)。
这不是Delegation(授权),是Abdication(弃权),把认知主权交出去了。
Show More

Show More

One Sentence Summary
The tweet categorizes AI users into Field Generals, Master Strategists, and Abdicators, arguing that the essence of AI collaboration is a challenge of leadership and cognitive sovereignty.
Summary
Drawing on management and leadership frameworks, the author explores human-AI collaboration as a response to discussions regarding 'AI-induced cognitive decline.' He identifies three roles: the 'Field General' (Team Leader), who achieves mutual growth by co-evolving with AI; the 'Master Strategist' (Architect), who focuses on system design, task decomposition, and quality verification to achieve scalable output; and the 'Abdicator' (Abdication), who surrenders cognitive sovereignty through blind reliance. The core argument is that AI itself doesn't diminish intelligence; rather, the risk lies in users abandoning critical thinking, with AI merely making that abandonment easier than ever.
