Agents 时代,比 OKR 更好的绩效管理方式,是德鲁克 1954 年提出的 MBO(Management by Objectives)目标管理法。

MBO 的理念是:不是管人,是管目标。不少上级压目标,是上下一起定目标。是面向目标,是自己管自己。

后续有延展出 OKR。理想情况下,O 代表 What,KR 代表 How,当 KR 完成时 O 理论上也能达成。实际情况是,很难提前做拆解,KR 经常是不靠谱的。于是需要频繁对齐、拉通等。各种组织内耗,迅速发生。

随着 AGI 的到来,越来越发现:KR 可以交给 AI 去拆解、尝试、验证、推翻重来。真正重要的,是 O 本身。

于是近 80 年前的 MBO,更纯粹,更适合 Agents 时代的团队管理。

团队很可能只有一个 Human Leader,其他都是 AI Agents. 这样就形成了一人团队。

大企业,会是各种一人团队,实现真正的扁平高效管理。
