我在疑惑的是，为什么裁的都是研发呢？不是你们这些营销、业务和产品天天喊着研发进度慢、排期排不上？

现在有了 AI 不是应该快速把需求消化掉，业务和产品脑子里的奇思妙想都能实现了吗？为啥先考虑裁研发呢？

所以真实情况，不是研发做的慢，而是那些本来做不完的需求，真的不值得做？？？
