离开会场后，无比轻松。细思原因，是发现自己，又拓展了按常识做事的边界。

按常识做事是指：尊重常识并有行动。比如困了就睡、渴了就喝水、走路不看手机、吃饭专心等等。

今天的开心之处，是发现自己可以做到：听不下去就不听、想打断就有勇气去打断、做完后不忐忑而是平静。这感觉很奇妙。
