你在沟通中是被影响多还是影响他人多?一个创业者一定是有影响力的人,你的状态是更有能量和热情的。
其实我不同意吴老师说的企业家都是积极乐观的,我反而认为相当多的企业主、创业者的核心人格是悲观的,因为悲观,所以才会折腾。因为悲观,所以才会想更多地去创造安全感和价值,因为悲观,所以才更想要让自己能够安全着陆。
悲观的企业家,会把自己关起来研究,琢磨企业管理,研究人的心理,如何把产品卖给别人,如何影响人群,每一个企业主都应该是个心理学家才对。
所以,我请大家思考,你能不能影响更多的人,你平时对哪些人是正面的影响,对哪些人是负面的影响。这是一个创业者,企业家在社会上的职责和本能,因为本身你能影响的人就多。
关于有影响力的沟通,我只和大家分享三点,让大家重建沟通的影响力,能够深度影响到更多人,以及对人产生正向影响。 #第一点,柔软,但有方向感。#
坚强和柔软,大家觉得哪一个更有力量?是柔软。哪一个更能深度影响一个人?还是柔软。
大概20年前我和超哥结婚的时候,他在做通讯器材行业创业,在县城开了门店。有一次超哥打给门店店长的时候,我坐在那个门店里,我就看店长接超哥的电话,听到他在训这个店长,店长是个女孩,她从开始边听边点头,到最后哗哗地流眼泪。
有些同样沟通急躁的伙伴可能会理解他,因为你着急,想快速解决,你的焦虑浓度比普通人更高。
你感觉你的下属或你的伴侣、孩子不懂你的意思,所以你就不断强调或者是武装自己,其实你心里是虚的,没什么底气,或者你那一刻其实很脆弱了,承担的压力太大。但是你不能表现出脆弱,然后你就得扛着,用力量的方式去沟通。
当你用这样的方式沟通的时候,你对面的那个人,他在内心会低估你的本事。所以大家看那些非常成功的企业家,比如稻盛和夫先生、巴菲特都很柔。历代的这个政治家,企业家,凡是成大事者,必定是会“四两拨千斤”的人。
所以大家来心理学练的是以柔克刚,无论你是男是女。因为四两拨千斤是创业者一定要练的,四两能够拨出一个上亿公司,你才厉害。
现在超哥和下属沟通就不是这样了,超哥会笑着说你说的对,还有吗?然后把身边人的状态都调动和挖掘出来。这就是一个领导和一个领袖非常本质的区别,因为大家成长的方向基本上都是要往领袖方向成长,你够沟通中的影响力要有方向感。 #第二点,身份。#
字面意思大家都懂,但是心理学视角怎么看。如果你每天盯着自己做了什么,有没有去采样本,有没有考核,有没有对标其他的企业,这都叫行为,会搞得你很忙,觉得自己在管理,忙是不对的。因为你是给整个企业托底的人,忙的是你身边的人,而不是你,你是负责战略的人,你是梦想家,他们是实战家。
所以身份是沟通,也是有影响力的沟通。比如说我们开大会了,我就跟品牌负责人说,你现在做的工作是给整个心理学加分,以及用心理学去影响无数生命的,这就给他做了一个身份定位,我这个同事一下子不一样了,他每天都觉得自己是为行业做贡献的人,他每天都会觉得我打造品牌是为了多一个生命,能够愿意学心理学。你会很有力量,很有效。
对家庭来说,影响力也是一样的,比如我和孩子和超哥。我在十多年前就看到超哥对做企业经营有热情,于是我就跟他说,我已经准备好做企业家的太太,我现在用企业家太太的身份状态,要求我自己品味要高,要有知识。所以从那个时候到现在,我自己讲了300多本书,我也是用这个身份要求我自己的。我跟超哥说的是,我先相信你会成为企业家,我就先以企业家太太的样子活着,等着你成为,身份先成为后拥有就好了。
当我植入这个信念的时候,超哥当时还是创业者,我会发现超哥一直在用企业家的标准要求自己,他也经常去学习,他也和大家交流学习,就是他要和企业家在一起。因为和什么人在一起,你就是什么人,因为你想要拿到身份的归属及身份的认同,这是心理学研究的,大家有没有觉得,其实心理学有点和我们想象的不太一样,它是非常有力道的。 #第三点,赋能。#
你无论是经营一个家庭,还是创造一个企业,你觉得你个人能力很强是成功,还是你周围的人能力很强是成功?
你周围的人都很能干,你创业是成功的,和企业里只有你最能干是成功的,这是赋能和能力完全不同的两种结果。能力是,你很爱学习,很精进,对自己的要求超于常人,你只死磕自己的能力,把自己逼到没法再逼了。一直在为难自己,高标准地勒索自己。
这种方式你能把自己的能力训练强。但是你要知道一个企业主,一个管理者,一个领袖,他真正的成功是他身边的人都强。任正非身边都是能人,华为高管都是能人,腾讯高管也都是能人,马云创业身边的十八罗汉都是能人。为什么一个企业主去找有本事的人,而且还让他们比自己还厉害,因为赋能比能干更重要。
这是一个心理教练型的创业者和一个能干型的创业者本质的区别,这也是企业家和个体户非常本质的区别。如果你只是你自己能干,干到很久,可能还只是个体户。但如果你是个赋能师,你就能够代理一个企业。管理家也是这样的道理,你一个人很厉害,你特别强,并且你的孩子个个都强,你的家就是成功的。
