Claude Code 新增 /ultraplan 命令
这个功能很好：
计划在云端起草，执行传回本地终端
它把"做计划"这件事从本地终端拿走，交给Web端的一个云会话去跑
跑完你可以在浏览器里读plan、修改plan，改满意了再一键"传送"回本地终端接着干。
之前在终端plan 修改很不方便，现在你可以像改文档一样修改
怎么用
三种方式启动：
1、在终端输入 /ultraplan migrate the auth service from sessions to JWTs
2、在普通提示词里带上关键字 ultraplan，Claude 自动走这条路径。
3、先用本地 /plan 起草一版， 如果觉得不够细，选 "No, refine with Ultraplan"，把它升级到云端继续打磨。
启动后，Claude 在云端研究你的代码库并起草计划，你的终端不会被占用，可以继续干别的。终端底部会显示状态：

◇ ultraplan needs your input：Claude 有问题要问你，点链接去浏览器回答
◆ ultraplan ready：计划好了，可以去浏览器看了 Show More
