今天（10日），记者从四川甘孜稻城亚丁景区获悉，针对此前游客反映的服务短板，景区落地多项整改举措，优化社会车辆预约通行模式、规范下调交通服务收费，并推出系列免票惠民政策，全面升级文旅服务品质。
今年4月，文化和旅游部点名稻城亚丁景区存在摆渡车收费不合理、游览路线设置不科学等问题。5月，景区道路摆渡收费相关舆情引发全网热议。
针对游客关切的票价问题，当地已启动游览车成本监审，后续将依法开展价格听证、全渠道公示。目前景区企业已取得道路客运经营许可，将依规合法定价、标准化运营。
针对游客自驾通行诉求，亚丁景区将综合考虑生态承载力、道路安全与游客体验需求，在优先保障当地居民、商户停车需求的基础上，整合周边车位资源，计划推出游客自驾预约通行服务，目前车辆限流标准正在科学核定中，方案获批后将及时公示。
据统计，自5月29日景区暂停交通服务收费以来，已有超17万名游客享受免费摆渡服务。此外，景区中高考生免票政策将常态化实施，今年8月1日至10月31日还将面向全国游客免景区门票。
