国家统计局新闻发言人、国民经济综合统计司负责人王冠华回应记者提问时表示，经过多年的布局和发展，我国新兴产业逐步发展壮大、积厚成势。
上半年规模以上高技术制造业增加值、数字产品制造业增加值分别增长13.3%和12.3%，增 速较一季度进一步加快。特别是全球人工智能技术变革带来了高端算力芯片和存储芯片的需求爆发，上半年我国规模以上工业企业的集成电路产量增长23.1%，产量规模达到2798亿块。这个数字非常庞大，换算下来，平均每天生产集成电路超过15亿块。
“集成电路”就是平时所说的“芯片”，它广泛应用于智能装备、电子产品当中，每天超过15亿块芯片的产出，不仅是数字的刷新，更是中国半导体产业发展动力的生动写照。
