他们潜伏在各类购彩广告评论区中，主动联系留言咨询的彩民，从而精准截流获客。
随后，伪装成彩票店主，向彩民推送赛事分析和购彩攻略，诱导彩民投注低中奖率的彩票。若彩民中奖，则正常兑付奖金；若未中，就截留投注资金。
该团伙作案手法隐蔽。通过打印少量假彩票，与空白竞彩打印纸整齐叠放，遮挡彩票店等关键信息后拍照上传，供彩民查验，以此增强迷惑性。
同时，针对投注较大或者赔率较高的订单，他们甚至会去正规彩票店代购彩票，减少赔付风险。
目前，李某等3人已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步深挖中。
