7月14日，此前在西南产权交易所挂牌转让，且挂牌价仅1元的凉山高新肿瘤医院70%股权已正式成交，成交价501元！
据悉，凉山高新肿瘤医院位于四川省凉山彝族自治州西昌市，是当地唯一一家民营二级乙等肿瘤专科医院。
2021年12月，成都永和成医疗以现金支付方式收购该医院70%股权时的交易价格为3150万元。
持续亏损多年后，2025年11月11日和26日，凉山高新肿瘤医院70%股权在西南联合产权交易所平台两次挂牌转让，挂牌价格从起初的936.53万元下降至749.224万元。随后又再次降至187万，仍无人接盘，直至1元挂牌后售出。
至此，转让方成都永和成医疗科技有限公司（以下简称“永和成医疗”）旗下的4家肿瘤医院相关股权、债权均达成转让。
除昆明医科肿瘤医院卖出 1668.30万元的价格外，西安医科肿瘤医院（73%股权）和达州医科肿瘤医院（95%股权）均是1元挂牌，成交价分别是201元、101元。
需要注意的是，永和成医疗的现状并非孤例，抛售医院资产后快速离场，已成为国内多家上市公司的共同选择：
2021年~2025年，新华医疗密集抛售11家医疗机构，旗下医疗服务机构从高峰时的18家到如今仅剩下7家；
2025 年 3月，复星医药公告出清所持和睦家医疗全部股份；
2026年4月，康华医疗发布公告，公司已出让旗下康心医院45%股权。而在一年前，康华医疗已经将康心医院55%的股权以3493万人民币的价格转让；
......
究其根源，医保支付方式改革、行业监管趋严、跨界运营短板等等因素都可以一定程度上做出解释。
此外"多而不强"始终是我国民营医疗领域难以突破的现实困境。
根据国家卫健委发布《2024年我国卫生健康事业发展统计公报》，2024 年末全国医院总数38710 个，其中公立医院11754 个，民营医院 26956 个，约为公立医院数量的 2.3 倍，但诊疗人次仅 7.3 亿，不足公立医院的五分之一。
更 重要的是，跨界资本从来只是把医院当成了金融炒作标的，他们 玩的 一直都 是金钱的游戏，从未真正想过深耕医疗服务。
也因此，面对 本轮 资本退潮，悲观的人 认为是医疗寒冬下医疗投资泡沫破裂的信号；乐观的人却 觉得就是正常的市场出清。甚至能借此 挤掉跨界热钱的水分，医疗行业反而能更好地回归本质。
总而言之，资本逐利，自然 可以来也匆匆、去也匆匆；但人民的健康需求常存，真正值得我们关注的，从来都是 医疗行业本身的生存和发展。毕竟，我们的医务工作者一直在坚守，从未退场。
