7月22日，在人力资源社会保障部新闻发布会上，有关负责人表示，今年1—6月，发放技能提升补贴12亿元。新增取得职业资格或技能等级证书481.9万人次，高级工及以上193.6万人次，技师及以上14.1万人次。
优化技能提升补贴政策。相对往年，今年的政策特点是进一步突出“证岗相适”。参加失业保险12个月以上的企业在职职工或领取失业保险金人员，取得以下三类证书之一的，可按初级、中级、高级分别领取不超过1000元、1500元、2000元的技能提升补贴，每人每年可享受1次补贴。
这三类证书分别是——
* 职工获得的证书对应的职业中类（职业中类是职业分类体系中的第二层级，介于大类和小类之间，主要按工作性质的相似性进行归类）与所在企业行业类别一致的。每个职业都对应一个职业中类，每个企业也都对应一个行业类别，证书对应的职业中类与所在企业对应的行业类别一致，表明职工考取的证书与所在企业生产经营需要密切相关，符合“证岗相适”要求，可以申领补贴。比如在制造业相关公司的铣工。
* 数字职业和绿色职业等级证书。在2022年版中华人民共和国职业分类大典及后续新增职业分类中，标注有字母“S”的为数字职业证书，标注有字母“L”的为绿色职业证书。
