国务院成立广西南宁横州市六蓝水库“7·6”溃坝灾害调查评估组
7月6日，广西南宁横州市六蓝水库发生溃坝，造成重大人员伤亡。为认真贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神，按照李强总理等中央领导同志批示要求，根据国家有关法律法规规定，国务院成立调查评估组，由应急管理部牵头，自然资源部、住房城乡建设部、水利部、农业农村部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部、公安部、财政部、交通运输部、中国气象局、国家能源局、国家消防救援局和广西壮族自治区人民政府等相关方面参加，对广西南宁横州市六蓝水库“7·6”溃坝灾害进行调查评估。
7月24日，国务院广西南宁横州市六蓝水库“7·6”溃坝灾害调查评估组在广西南宁召开第一次全体会议。国务院调查评估组组长、应急管理部副部长陈敏主持会议，通报调查评估安排、提出工作要求。
会议开始前，与会同志全体肃立，向广西南宁横州市六蓝水库“7·6”溃坝灾害遇难者默哀。
会议强调，调查评估组要认真贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神和党中央、国务院决策部署，按照“科学严谨、依法依规、实事求是、注重实效”的原则，全面复盘灾害发生过程，全方位查明查实灾害原因，全链条查清查透灾害防范应对和应急处置问题与责任，以高度的政治责任感做好调查评估工作。同时，会议要求，各地各有关部门要深刻汲取教训、举一反三，树牢底线思维、极限思维，采取有效措施做好防汛救灾各项工作，确保人民群众生命财产安全。
