近年来，部分经营者在线上线下公开销售涉及我军退役报废装备（指经军队批准退出服役状态、作废品处理的各类装备、弹药、设备及相关部件、器材等）等敏感信息的商品，造成不良影响，产生安全隐患。为维护国家、军队利益和人民军队良好形象，消除社会公共安全和军事秘密安全风险隐患，现就有关事项通告如下：
* 严禁任何单位和个人销售军队退役报废装备。列入中国融通资产管理集团有限公司正式发布的退役报废装备拆解件（军民通用）公开销售目录，以及军队批准的其他装备除外。
* 严禁任何单位和个人生产、改装或利用退役报废装备拆解件等拼装、组装，且销售足以使公众视为军队装备的仿制品。
* 严禁任何单位和个人，以任何形式进行军队退役报废装备和足以使公众视为军队装备的仿制品商业营销宣传。
相关职能部门要密切配合，加强对涉军队退役报废装备市场销售和商业营销宣传活动的常态化监督检查。对危及社会公共安全、军事秘密安全等，以及违反有关法律规定的，依法依规严肃查处；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
