近期多地出现强降雨天气，部分地区车辆被水浸泡。车辆泡水后，如何取证、报案、定损、理赔？有哪些注意事项？一文读懂——
判断车辆受损程度
理赔前，车主首先要弄清车辆的受损程度。行业对水淹车分级有明确参考：
* 水位没超过 座椅 下方，大多走维修程序；
* 积水漫过 仪表台，基本可推定全损；
* 水位在座椅到仪表台之间，根据实际勘察情况认定。
及时取证、报案
车辆泡水后，要及时取证报案。拍照、录视频时，应包含三方面内容：
* 一是 水位参照线，以车轮、台阶为参照物，清晰拍出积水高度；
* 二是 车内实景，实拍仪表盘、座椅浸水情况；
* 三是 现场定位，把路牌、楼栋等拍进画面。
拍摄时可打开手机时间水印和定位功能，留存时间、地点凭证。如果积水较深，应优先保证人身安全，不要贸然下水，可站在高处远距离拍摄，并在视频中口述记录 当日时间、现场积水情况，留存完整影像记录。
取证完成后，及时拨打承保公司电话（通常在车辆泡水后48小时内）。如果车辆被洪水冲走无法寻回，要先向公安机关报案并开具车辆灭失证明，再联系保险公司理赔。
维修环节注意这些事项
在维修环节，除保险公司推荐的 合作修理厂 外，车主也可要求拖至车辆 品牌4S店 定损。需要注意的是，车辆损失未全部核查完毕前，不宜签署全权维修授权协议——一旦签字拆解维修，后续再申请推定全损，协商空间将十分有限。
新能源车主 要注意，泡水拖车应使用平板拖车整车转运，不宜用普通拖车拖拽车轮行驶。车轮空转容易带动电机发电，可能烧毁整车电控系统，此类人为扩大的损失，保险公司不予赔付。
燃油车 方面，车辆涉水熄火后，不要二次启动发动机。二次打火造成的发动机损毁，保险公司有权拒赔。配备自动启停功能的燃油车，雨天行车时最好关闭该功能。
全损赔付金额如何界定
不少车主不清楚全损赔付金额如何界定，可分为两种情况：
1.保单明确标注保险金额的，推定全损时，保险公司需按保单约定金额赔付。多地法院判例明确，保单载明保额即为双方约定的赔付标准。
2.保单保额约定模糊的，按车辆出险前实际价值核算。新能源车比燃油车折旧损耗更高，且根据动力类型的不同有所区别，建议车主购买保险时要求明确保险金额。
