《通知》协同推进科技金融领域数据开发利用，发布《全国科技金融领域数据开发利用目录1.0》，涵盖企业名单与科创属性、进出口、投融资、经营、研发投入、知识产权、创新能力评价、企业需求等8大类、26个数据指标。支持各地形成具有区域特色的科技金融数据开发利用清单，建设省级科技金融领域数据开发利用配套信息设施，加强现有信息系统资源互联互通，促进数据信息归集共享。坚持统筹发展与安全，规范科技公共数据开发利用，加强全过程安全管理，切实防范各种数据风险。
