美团“等灯停表”功能提前上线

美团的“等灯停表”功能提前上线。7月31日，美团在苏州上线了外卖骑手“等灯停表”功能首个正式版本。
上线后，外卖骑手等红灯的时间将实现单独累加计算并在配送时间中顺延。此前美团曾表示该功能处于内测阶段，预计在8月上线。
美团骑手安全产品相关人士介绍，目前的产品已经接入了苏州提供的相关数据，该项新政将率先在姑苏区和苏州工业园区开启试点，首批共计约1100个路口。
苏州的美团骑手成为首批体验到“等灯停表”功能的骑手。骑手翟亚龙在7月31日上班后发现该功能已上线，他对第一财经记者表示送单时几乎每单都体验了“等灯停表”功能，“今天下午送了不少单，基本上每个路口都会弹出提示，送单结束后也有补时的提醒。”经过一天的体验，翟亚龙目前已经开始习惯新功能。同时他认为新功能给他的心态带来了变化。过去遇到商家卡餐等问题时，翟亚龙会希望在配送环节跑快一些以免耽误时间，新功能上线后他觉得等红灯更有保障了，“看到红灯不再犹豫纠结，踏踏实实停下来安心等灯。”
据了解，上述功能上线后当骑手在交通路口等红灯时，页面会呈现红灯倒计时读秒信息，订单结束时将延长本单配送时间，骑手还可在该页面中看到所在区域的禁行道路信息，选择不同的配送路线，或根据需求自主决定配送线路。配送完成后，骑手页面会弹窗提示“订单号、等红灯累计时间”，系统告知“相应顺延最晚送达时间”，完成“等灯停表”功能。
美团透露，随着该功能正式上线，北京与无锡已经在同步对接测试，上海、杭州、成都、南昌、兰州等20余个城市也在评估中，具备条件的城市会陆续上线。
当骑手身上有多个订单怎么办？美团相关负责人表示，如果骑手有多笔订单，等灯 的时长也会计入每一笔订单的配时。
此外，上述负责人表示，实现“等灯停表”主要依赖两部分数据信息，一是骑手的位置轨迹信号，二是骑手所在区域实时的红绿灯灯态数据。美团接入交通数据后，骑手App结合位置轨迹可实时判断骑手等灯状态。
