外卖骑手送餐途中等红灯的时间单独计算，并顺延配送时间——7月31日，苏州市公安局交管支队、美团依托警企数据互通，率先上线外卖骑手“红灯停表”，首批覆盖姑苏区、工业园区1100个路口，消除骑手“守规矩却超时”的困扰。
相比普通快递，用户对外卖“及时送达”的需求刚性很强，各平台对送达时间均有严格限定。为了不被罚、多跑单，骑手有时不惜违规通行。此前，美团已上线“红灯前置补时”，靠算法预估因路况导致的延时，在配送时长里补给骑手，但难以匹配不同路口的真实场景。苏州此次则依托车路云一体化与交通信号联网平台，在保障数据安全的前提下，交警向平台开放实时红绿灯、路况数据。平台结合骑手精准位置轨迹、行驶方向，实时判定等灯状态，“停车即计时、绿灯再通行”。骑手等红灯时，App弹出倒计时与安全提示，告知正在累计等灯时间；订单完成后，弹窗展示累计等灯时间，系统自动延长最晚送达时限。骑手如携带多笔订单，等候时长会同步分摊至每单配时。
测试视频显示，当骑手在路口等红灯时，页面呈现红灯倒计时信息，AI安全助手提示“正记录等灯时长，订单结束时将延长本单配送时间”。配送完成后，骑手页面弹窗提示订单号和等红灯累计时间，系统告知“相应顺延最晚送达时间”。
美团方面透露，北京、无锡已在对接测试“等灯停表”，上海、杭州、成都、南昌、兰州等20余个城市正在评估落地条件。 *
