今年第13号台风“白海豚”于7月27日生成,8月3日17时其中心位于距离琉球群岛那霸市偏东方向约1890公里的西北太平洋洋面上,中心附近最大风力15级(48米/秒,强台风级),中心最低气压为945百帕。
预计“白海豚”将以每小时20~25公里的速度继续向西偏北方向移动,强度变化不大,5日之前对我国无明显影响;将于6日至7日穿过琉球群岛移入东海,之后其移动路径和对我国的影响不确定性较大,目前研判主要有两种可能影响我国的路径。
一是在东海西行趋向长江口以南沿海,并于9日前后在长江口到福建北部沿海登陆(台风级或强台风级,12~14级,33~45米/秒),登陆后继续向偏西方向移动,深入内陆;这种情况的登陆影响时间最早、登陆强度最强,将给浙江、福建、江西等地带来强风雨天气。
二是在东海转偏北方向移动,趋向长江口或以北沿海地区,并于10日至11日登陆或擦过长江口至山东半岛沿海地区(强热带风暴级,10~11级,25~30米/秒)。这种情况下,东海、黄海、华东沿海将先后有9~11级大风,上海、江苏、安徽、山东、辽宁等地将有强降雨。
