今天（8月3日），有媒体报道，部分地方的企业牛蛙产品存在抗生素超标问题。当天，福建省漳州市东山县市场监督管理局、广东省汕头市澄海区市场监督管理局、广东省潮州市饶平县市场监督管理局分别发布通报：全面核查、封存送检。
* 福建东山县通报：关注到媒体报道全国多地多家企业牛蛙产品抗生素超标问题，其中涉及东山县祺行天下供应链管理有限公司采购销售问题，东山县市场监督管理局组成调查组，赶赴涉事企业开展全面核查。目前，已对该企业涉事产品进行封存并抽样送检，相关情况正在深入调查中，将根据调查结果，依法依规严肃处理。同时，在东山县立即开展专项排查整治，严厉打击违法行为，坚决维护消费者合法权益。
* 广东汕头澄海区通报：针对媒体报道全国多地多家企业牛蛙产品抗生素超标相关情况，其中涉及汕头澄海区顺联水产有限公司、蛙嘟嘟食品有限公司等2家经营主体。汕头市澄海区市场监督管理局会同有关单位赶赴涉事企业开展全面核查，现场发现2家企业有牛蛙收购、宰杀及小型加工等活动，已对现场发现的牛蛙产品进行封存并抽样送检，接下来将根据调查结果，依法依规严肃处理。同时，立即在澄海区开展专项排查，严厉打击涉牛蛙产品违法行为，坚决维护消费者合法权益。
* 广东饶平县通报：关注到媒体报道全国多家企业牛蛙产品抗生素超标问题，涉事企业汕头市顺联水产有限公司有一仓库位于潮州市饶平县钱东镇新乡村附近，饶平县市场监督管理局派出执法人员赶赴涉事单位开展全面核查。目前，饶平县市场监督管理局已对该单位涉事产品进行封存并抽样送检，相关情况正在深入调查中。下一步，将根据调查结果，依法依规严肃处理，坚决维护消费者合法权益。
