多关心那些“静静长在那里的树”
“根据实绩考察和表决结果，同意将陈超同志列入晋升干部推荐名单。”前不久，沈阳联勤保障中心某仓库党组织做出决议。
陈超是独立保障队队长，也是仓库众所周知的“老黄牛”式干部。这次晋升推荐，“老黄牛”被重用，引发大家热议。
“我以为李教导员能入选呢。”“是啊，这几年他干了不少出彩的事。”“虽说陈超总是在闷头干活，可感觉没干出啥大动静……”大家你一言我一语小声议论起来。
参谋长看出了大家的不解，于是在屏幕上展示了几张照片，照片显示的是3辆小型叉车。
“大家知道这些叉车用了多少年了吗？16年了，是和陈超同一年来的。”闻听此话，众人很是惊讶。因为叉车上除了一些划痕、掉漆外，各零部件均锃光瓦亮、完好如新。
“就因为陈超保养得好，这些‘老古董’使用起来毫无问题。”参谋长说罢，又给大家讲了件不为人知的事。
去年，陈超调到距主营区70公里外的独立保障队任队长，上任后第一件事就是带着骨干检查各点位消防栓情况。时值寒冬，驻地气温创历史性新低，到最后一处点位时，他发现阀门竟被冻住了，费力打开后，出水量很小。
陈超认为防火是大事，不能报修后干等机关派人来处理，当即决定前往镇上买保暖器材。见山路冰封，车辆行驶困难，他便自己跑步将东西买了回来。安装好后，又马不停蹄带骨干排查线路是否漏水，确定完好，才返回营房。
事后，他又自主研究了消防栓保温改进措施，经验证有效，便将经验毫无保留地传授给其他保障队和友邻单位。
相较同批来的干部，陈超的晋升可谓缓慢。自从2010年被分到仓库机关任军械助理，陈超扎根山沟16年，每天都与洞库、搬运机械打交道。其他刚报到的机关干部，有的对领导安排的活更上心，有的则考虑怎么让工作数据更好看。而陈超却忙着带骨干到各个装备存放点检查装备性能，十几公里的山路，没半个月就被他跑成了“熟门熟路”。
当时有人提醒他，刚来机关，要先跟领导熟络起来，不然闷头干得再多、干得再实，领导关注不到也是徒劳。
“我的工作是确保完成各项保障任务，露不露脸无所谓，不给仓库添麻烦就行。”陈超如此回复。
16载坚守仓储一线，陈超从未因个人进步影响工作标准。仓库规定，主官每月至少巡库2次，陈超每月至少巡库6次，每次都要走上20多公里。长期的洞库作业使他患上了老寒腿，医生建议他少在库内活动，陈超则裹上厚厚的护膝，依然坚守岗位。
“树静静地长在那里，我愿静静地扎根军营。”陈超多年前在笔记本写下了这句话。任职以来，他记满了4本学习笔记，培养出60多名专业骨干，安全完成收发任务不计其数。
垛堆间隔精确到厘米，出库入库登记本不能有涂改痕迹，垛卡牌、堆卡必须使用亚克力材质……正因为在这些看不见的“细节”上较劲，去年，陈超所在保障队被中心评为“服务保障先进单位”。
要多关心那些“静静长在那里的树”。为营造学习“老黄牛”、争当“老黄牛”的浓厚氛围，牢固树立“实干者吃香、奉献者光荣”的鲜明导向，仓库党委一方面加强教育引领，通过“夸夸我身边的实干者”活动，讲身边人身边事，让默默奉献、担当实干的理念深入人心；一方面做实组织关怀，结合当兵蹲连等时机，深入基层了解“老黄牛”们工作上的堵点、难点，生活上的困难、问题，做好解难帮困工作。 责编｜张素玲 编辑｜行家玮
