据中国天气网，一夜过去，今年第13号台风“白海豚”又有哪些新变化？哪些地方需要关注风雨影响？一起了解。 ①“白海豚”眼区填塞，体型仍庞大

从卫星云图看，“白海豚”体型庞大，是个巨型台风，环流直径超1000公里，类似台风“巴威”。由于干空气的卷入，“白海豚”的眼区变得模糊，相比昨天清晰的台风眼区，目前已“闭眼”。

今天7时，“白海豚”维持强台风级，中心附近最大风力14级，45米/秒。预计其强度先变化不大或略有增强，登陆前或再度减弱。

中央气象台首席预报员许映龙介绍，登陆前强度或再度减弱，是因为“白海豚”环流大，能量消耗巨大，其生成10天内经历过5次眼墙置换，已进入生命史最后阶段，干空气不断卷入会导致其结构松散，且在登陆 前，台湾 岛将截断部分季风水汽输送，靠近陆地的地形摩擦作用，也将利于其强度减 弱。 ③未来三天强降雨影响7省市，单点降雨具有极端性

预计，“白海豚”将于9日晚上至10日早晨在浙江舟山到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆（38-45米/秒，13-14级，台风级或强台风级），登陆后继续向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

今天8时前后，“白海豚”外围云系已经触及浙江，舟山、宁波等地出现明显降雨回波，强风雨将逐渐展开。

许映龙表示，与今年第9号台风“巴威”相比，“白海豚”局部风力有可能超过“巴威”，且降雨的强度更强、范围更广，局地单点降水具有极端性。

华东地区风雨影响将主要集中在8日至12日。其中，未来三天，浙江、上海、福建北部、江苏大部、安徽大部、江西北部、山东南部等地有暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨，部分地区累计降水量可达200~400毫米，浙江东部局地超过600毫米。

台风是逆时针旋转的，其前进方向的右侧为危险半圆。对我国而言，台风来袭或登陆时，处于右上方“东北象限”地区的风雨最强，灾害影响最为严重。

对于这次“白海豚”影响来说，浙江、上海均处于危险半圆内，像明天两地或被大暴雨覆盖，浙江台州、宁波部分地区或有特大暴雨，局地24小时降雨量可达500毫米。
