8月7日下午，宇树科技董事长、总经理兼首席技术官王兴兴在网上路演时回应称，根据宇树科技和深度求索签订的《战略合作备忘录》，双方将在“面向通用人工智能开展合作研发”“高性能通用机器人方面深度合作”“AI大模型方面开展深度合作”三方面开展重点合作，结成人工智能领域的强强联合。
记者梳理发现，8月6日晚间，宇树科技披露其IPO战略配售投资者名单，梁文锋创立的杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司（DeepSeek）出现在战略配售名单中。该公司获配股数93.34万股，获配金额1.41亿元，锁定期36个月。宇树科技、深度求索同为“杭州六小龙”成员，分别是通用机器人研发制造领域的全球头部企业和全球领先的人工智能大模型公司。
从宇树科技7日发布的最新公告，宇树科技与深度求索的合作方向包括： 一是面向通用人工智能开展合作研发。宇树科技与深度求索将结合业务发展的具体需求，在同等条件下选择彼此作为合作伙伴，联合开展人工智能大模型与具身智能相关技术的合作研发与产品开发，结成人工智能领域的强强联合。 二是在高性能通用机器人方面深度合作。未来，深度求索在开展具身智能相关业务或应用探索时，将在同等条件下优先选择与宇树科技在高性能通用机器人采购及技术方案上开展业务合作。 三是在AI大模型方面开展深度合作。在具身智能领域，宇树科技将持续加大具身大模型相关研发投入与应用开发，未来在开展大模型相关适配调用及融合开发时，将在同等条件下优先选择与深度求索在相关模型训练服务及技术方案上开展业务合作。
同时，深度求索将为宇树科技提供具有市场竞争力的商业合作方案，包括但不限于根据需求及业务开展情况在模型架构方案、智算集群建设、数据中心运营（如有）等方面提供技术支持。
