当地时间9日，日本长崎遭原子弹轰炸81周年纪念仪式在长崎市和平纪念公园举行。日本首相高市早苗参加仪式，其致辞时对“无核三原则”仍含糊表态，未明确表示日本将继续坚持该原则。
高市9日关于“无核三原则”的表态沿用了她6日在广岛遭原子弹轰炸81周年纪念仪式上致辞时的表述。当时，高市早苗在致辞中仅提及“日本现在坚持‘无核三原则’”，但其措辞与历任日本首相略有不同，且未明确表示日本将继续坚持该原则。
日本在野党此前表示，高市的表述仅仅是说明现状，缺乏今后继续坚持“无核三原则”的决心。
“无核三原则”指“不拥有、不制造、不运进核武器”。据日本媒体此前披露，高市政府企图在今年年底修订“安保三文件”时对“无核三原则”中“不运进核武器”的原则进行修改。7月，日本防卫大臣小泉进次郎在一档节目中公然提出，日本应毫无禁忌地讨论与核武器相关的政策。这一系列涉核动向引发日本各界持续担忧。
俄驻日大使：日本推翻“无核三原则”将招致邻国反制
据俄罗斯方面9日消息，俄罗斯驻日本大使尼古拉·诺兹德廖夫在接受采访时表示，日本推翻“无核三原则”将引发地区其他国家的反应，并招致这些国家的反制。
诺兹德廖夫说，日本推翻“无核三原则”将直接违背其作为无核国家加入的《不扩散核武器条约》所规定的国际义务，将导致亚太地区安全局势严重恶化，必然招致地区其他国家的反制措施。
日本首相高市早苗上台以来，其政府在核武装问题上不断试探，谋求修改“无核三原则”甚至拥核。日本防卫大臣小泉进次郎近来多次称，日本应毫无禁忌地讨论与核武器相关的政策，包括是否修订二战后长期奉行的“无核三原则”。
1945年的今天，美国在日本长崎上空投下第二颗原子弹。几天后，日本宣布无条件投降。长崎原子弹爆炸资料馆眼下正在进行约30年来首次大规模展陈更新。
根据长崎市公布的方案，现有展陈中对南京大屠杀的表述，几个月后就会被改为“南京事件”。用“事件”替代“大屠杀”，推翻了全世界对这段历史的认定。长期以来，日本右翼势力篡改历史事实，利用“核爆受害者”身份标签博取国际同情，但无论如何包装，侵略者当年欠下的血债是洗不掉的。
