在职苦读 5个月
一战考上西北工业大学的研究生
日前顺利收到了
该校MBA录取通知书
不仅圆了自己读研梦
还彻底改变了女儿的学习态度

张志强家住陕西西安，由于工作，他一年有200至300天在外出差，女儿学业一直由妻子照料。
去年，女儿面临中考升学压力，他紧盯孩子学习，但彼时15岁的女儿正处于青春期，面对爸爸“不努力没未来”的言论，女儿反驳：“你不知道现在的学习有多难，有本事你去考个研究生！”
起初张志强考虑到时间、精力、工作压力等诸多问题，一直犹豫。但冷静下来思考：“现在的孩子光说教根本听不进去，嘴上千遍叮嘱，不如自己沉下心学习做示范。”于是，他当月就完成了考研报名并开始复习。
张志强表示，最初支撑他备考的动力，是想给女儿树立一个看得见的榜样。但在日复一日的刷题苦读中，他的心境慢慢发生了转变，“其实最终不是为孩子考的，人生是为自己而活。”
报名考研后，张志强每天都会学习到很晚。

确定备考后，张志强搭建起极致紧凑的时间体系：“基本上每天早上6点到9点听课、背英语单词；晚上花四五个小时用来学数学逻辑、刷试卷。出差路上的高铁上也用来学习。”
女儿伏案写作业，父亲在一旁刷真题，两人互不打扰，家中形成浓厚的学习氛围。备考前期，女儿虽然嘴上没说什么，但爸爸的努力她一直都看在眼里。
张志强和女儿一起备考学习。
本科毕业二十年，考研科目对张志强而言几乎毫无优势。为此，他报名线上课程，完整刷完2016至2025年近十年全部真题，每日保证8小时以上学习时长。
备考期间，长期高强度用脑让身体频频发出预警，妻子说他这是用脑过度，他自己则调侃说“自己是在长脑子”。
经过5个月时间坚持不懈的努力，2026年6月30日，张志强顺利被录取为西北工业大学2026级管理学院工商管理专业硕士研究生。

这份拼搏带来的改变，清晰地体现在女儿身上。在得知父亲上岸当天，她主动邀约同学前往图书馆写作业；主动提出补短板课程；2026年4月份模考成绩平平，最终中考较模考多出95分，顺利考入普高。

张志强考研上岸的视频走红网络后，不少中年网友留言倾诉相似困境：“心中有提升自我的想法，却被年龄、家庭、工作三重枷锁束缚，总觉得人到中年再努力为时已晚。”
对此，他结合自身经历给出真诚建议：“可以从简单学习开始，读小说、专业书籍、听讲座、看知识短视频。越到中年，越需要保持学习，身体和灵魂都要在路上。”
