8月12日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆答记者问。
有记者提问：在8月11日召开的日内瓦裁军谈判会议上，美国等国家共同发言，指责有关国家最近一次向太平洋发射导弹的试验未遵循提前通报的标准做法，增加误判风险，破坏地区稳定，宣称相关国家应落实“防止弹道导弹扩散海牙行为准则”。外界认为，该共同发言系针对中方今年7月试射潜射战略导弹。请问中方对此有何评论？
郭嘉昆表示，美国等国家在日内瓦裁军谈判会议搞所谓共同发言，拿“防止弹道导弹扩散海牙行为准则”说事，影射中方导弹试射活动，完全是出于政治目的，充分暴露其虚伪面目和“双重标准”做法。
中方敦促有关国家停止滥用多边军控机制，以真诚对话取代无理对抗，为加强军控领域对话交流创造必要条件。
