骑手配送安全保障有了新进展。8月13日，美团发布骑手AI安全助手“团宝”和首份交通安全地图。
美团骑手安全产品负责人介绍，在去年举办的多场骑手恳谈会上，有不少骑手关注安全出行产品升级需求。
基于此，美团面向骑手推出AI安全助手“团宝”，搭载交通安全地图功能同步上线，为骑手提供等灯提示、事故多发路段提示、智能速度提醒、逆行识别等功能。例如，对过去骑手无法主动查看身边的风险路段，安全地图支持查询“事故多发路段”“非机动车禁行路段”和“违章高发路段”。当骑手经过风险路段或出现风险行为时，该功能会主动弹出预警提醒安全驾驶。
此外，“团宝”还可通过图片导航帮骑手快速找到商家门面、入口位置、楼层信息等，减少末端兜圈时间。
美团骑手刘建在产品上线第一天就体验了相关功能。他对第一财经记者表示，更新骑手APP后可以直接使用“团宝”，在他看来“团宝”是专为骑手研发的“豆包”。“团宝”的重要功能之一是安全提醒，在急转弯或危险路口AI助手会主动提示减速慢行。除了安全功能，刘建表示“团宝”提供了很多辅助功能，包括统计骑手当日接单量、行驶公里数、取消订单情况等，以及查询订单密集区域、协助寻找顺路订单和推荐最新或高价值订单等帮助骑手接单的功能。
经过体验，刘建表示相比过去反应较慢的地图问答功能，新版AI助手响应更迅速、智能。
另一方面，刘建建议后续功能可以继续优化，例如允许骑手通过拍照等方式向“团宝”反馈实时路况，其他骑手也可以通过App看到相关情况，“对于封路、交通管制、积水等临时情况，过去我们都是在骑手群相互提醒，如果能上传到平台，会有更多人看到。”
此外，“等灯停表”功能在8月13日也在北京部分区域上线。刘建表示这一功能被骑手群广泛讨论，被认为是最实用、最实在的功能。既能缓解骑手因担心超时而产生的紧张心理，也减少了为赶时间而闯红灯的风险。
