刚刚面试以为 HW 候选人,有两件事挺有意思。
- HW 对外 2B/2G 产品优先考虑软硬件结合方案,搭配自家某腾服务器,而 LLM 选择是千问,而不是盘古,而且是千问 3.0,不选盘古的原因,是业务评测没通过。
- 华为内部有「输送」制度,当一个部门业绩不好时,会考虑把部分研发直接输送到业务团队,做销售经理,不是建议,是直接通知,通知一周后强制参加「技能转换预备队」的培训,培训后上岗。
