宁德时代发布2026年半年度报告，实现营业收入2769.17亿元，同比增长54.8%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润432.84亿元，同比增长41.98%。公司拟每10股派发现金红利14.11元(含税)。
据公司此前披露的财报显示，公司Q1净利润为207.38亿，据此计算，公司Q2净利润225.46亿，Q2净利润环比增长8%。
此外，公司还公告称，拟使用自有或自筹资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份，回购资金总额不低于200亿元且不超过400亿元，回购价格上限为573元/股。
公告指出，回购的股份将用于注销并减少公司注册资本，回购期限自股东会审议通过之日起12个月内。
